PRINTING IS AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE
HOW DOES CLAYHOUSE WORK??
Check out all the photos and samples to see what ClayHouse Branding Firm can do. From there we can begin our journey to creating the image for your brand, your event, or your business.
STEP 1 - ORDER & PAYMENT
Fill all the necessary boxes for your design order, and include all text necessary for your design. Based on your Order Form, a quote will be sent to you for review and approval. Your Order Review will include a link for you to make your payment to process your order. Orders under $60 are to be paid up front. Orders over $60 will require a deposit of 50% of the design fee, along with a completed credit card authorization form, in order to process your final payment. Your order will be processed once your deposit has been received, and your project will be placed on our design calendar for delivery, which can be viewed on the homepage of our website.
STEP 2 - UPLOAD YOUR IMAGES
Upload your file in your order form, or reply to our Order Review & Quote with any images you would like to use for your design. If you do not have any images, the assigned designer of ClayHouse Branding will find an appropriate image for your design.
STEP 3 - GET YOUR SAMPLE
A Sample will be created for you by your assigned ClayHouse Designer,
with fictional information to avoid the use of proof watermark. (We hate those! Lol.) After 1 text revision, any additional text revisions will be an additional $10. Changes to any images originally provided by the client will be an additional $20.
Expected Turn Over Rate for ALL Digital Samples is 5-7 business days.
Expected Turn Over Rate for ALL Web Layout Samples is 10 business days.
Turn Over Rate for Revisions can take up to 48 hours.
All Turn Over Rates are subject to the quantity of standing orders.
2 DAY DESIGN SERVICE
Next Day Service Fee is and additional 50% of your current design order.
NOTE: We do not sell our PSD or InDesign Files / Templates.
STEP 4 - FINALIZE YOUR ORDER
Once you have chosen a design, an final email will be sent with a link for your final payment to complete your order. After the payment has been made, you will receive a digital ".jpeg" image for digital, printing, and promotional purposes, with the CORRECT information.
STEP 5 - PRINT YOUR ORDER
If you choose to have your order printed through ClayHouse Branding,
you have the option of picking up your order in Torrance, California or having your order shipped to you, Ground. We will send you a quote for printing, and a link to make your payment to process your printing order, with the tentative date of completion.
PRINTING REQUEST RESTRICTIONS
3 Day Service - Order must have final approval by 5pm
5 Day Service - Order must have final approval by 7pm
We are not responsible for any printing delays made by our printing vendor.
There are no refunds for any printing orders.
